	Concord Youth Soccer The Concord Youth Soccer League has served the Elkhart-area since 1981. The goal of CYS is provide recreational soccer to children from the school ages of kindergarten through seniors in high school. 	Dollars for Scholars Dollars for Scholars® is a network of community-based, volunteer-operated scholarship foundations in cities, towns and neighborhoods in Indiana and across the U.S. Dollars for Scholars chapters were first established in Indiana in 1964. Since then, over $35 million has been contributed in Indiana to local Dollars for Scholars programs for community scholarships. Indiana Dollars for Scholars’ mission is to expand access to post secondary education and to encourage the educational preparation of Hoosier students.
